We're heading to visit some dear friends in Dallas.  This day will be a little less travel, only about 7 hours on the road plus pit stops. Below are some pictures along the way.

When we laughed: Tabby, asked, "How much longer?"  About an hour later she asked, "How much longer now?"  Then about 1 minute later she asked, "Is this our TRIP?"

Everyone gangs up on Nana first thing in the morning...

We stopped to buy peanut butter because Nana thought Lori was bringing it and Lori thought Nana was bringing it.  Anyway, we ended up parking near some horses.  We told the kids this was the zoo we promised to take them to so they better enjoy it.  (Please, you know I'm kidding...)

Even the signs in Texas are big...

Lunch break at the Texas Welcome Area.  We played football and ran around in the Texas heat.  However, the wind was pretty steady and made it seem cooler.  Little did we know that this was just a taste of the wind and heavy gusts we would experience for the next few days...

Boozy scores a "touchdown" during football and immediately taunts his brothers with his "end zone dance celebration."

Jacob's first visit to Texas.  And Boozy is obviously still celebrating his touchdown from 30 minutes ago.  Get over it Boozy...you're going down when we get to the next rest stop.

I'd like to think Thomas has been praying for the last hour, but I don't think so.

I think it's obvious Gracie needs some prayer though...

Beauty sleep for Daniel...

Okay, folks.  I knew that somewhere, sometime on this trip we would take a picture that would just be priceless.  However, I did not think it would be on day 3 while we were traveling.  And we've debated on the caption that should be put with this.  Actually, it's possible that no caption is even needed here.  However, one that has kind of stuck is one that my mom has said she will use when she introduces herself to people that she meets that have been to this website...and here it is:  "Hi, I'm Snookie, I'm the one on the left!"

And for those who think this may be embarrassing for my mom, first of all, don't know my mom.  Second of all, when we've been with friends or family, she's the one who brings this up and makes me go get my camera and show everyone.
